Bachelor’s programmes

A bachelor’s programme is a research-based full-time degree programme that provides students with qualifications for entering a profession or for admission to a master’s programme.

Thus, the overall objective of the bachelor’s programme is for students to acquire knowledge, skills and competences within the discipline enabling them to take part in solving specific and practical issues in various professional and academic contexts.

Students will acquire basic knowledge and insight into the discipline of the bachelor’s programme as well as skills and competences to identify and analyse academic issues on the basis of the methods of the discipline.

Students will learn to work independently within the areas of the discipline at a level that meets international standards.
